Welcome to Essentials for Balance. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, workshops, digital programmes, and related services offered by Essentials for Balance ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by Mandie Nickerson.

By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services Overview

Essentials for Balance offers somatic wellness education, workshops, digital programmes, and original music. Our offerings include but are not limited to:

• The Downshifting Protocol (free on-demand workshop)
• The 21-Day Calibration Lab (paid programme)
• The Harmony Intensive (paid programme, by application)
• Harmony Daily (paid subscription, $9 USD per month)
• The Artist's Journey (digital album and companion journal, $47 USD one-time purchase)
• Harmony by Design (original music)

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

Certain services may require you to provide personal information such as your name and email address. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.

4. Payments and Billing

Paid programmes are processed through secure third-party payment processors, including Stripe and/or PayPal. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions of the applicable payment processor in addition to these Terms.

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
• Payment is due at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is offered and selected.
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

5. Subscriptions and Cancellation

Harmony Daily is a paid subscription billed at $9 USD per month. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will keep full access until then. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Our refund and cancellation policies are outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth in that policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (including text, graphics, logos, music, audio recordings, images, and the design of our programmes) is the intellectual property of Essentials for Balance and Mandie Nickerson, unless otherwise noted.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
• You may share links to our public pages for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• All original music under the "Harmony by Design" collection is protected by copyright.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided for educational and informational purposes only. Essentials for Balance does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

• Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee specific results from participation in our workshops or programmes.
